At today's Annual General Meeting of WKN AG, a company belonging to the PNE WIND Group, all the resolution proposals submitted by the Board of Management and Supervisory Board on the agenda items were approved by a majority of over 89 percent with a presence of 92 percent of the share capital.
Besides the other agenda items, the new Supervisory Board was also elected. This will consist in future of Mr Markus Lesser, Jörg Klowat and Thorsten Fastenau, all from PNE WIND AG.
Furthermore, the outgoing Supervisory Board members Dieter K. Kuprian, Dr. Peter Fischer and Martin Billhardt all declared that they are resigning their office. The outgoing WKN Supervisory Board also declared that irrespective of the Annual General Meeting's resolutions on the Supervisory Board's remuneration they are forgoing the pro rata fixed remuneration that they are entitled to according to the articles of association for the financial year 2015. The company accepted this decision and thanks the outgoing members of the Supervisory Board for their work.
