- Core working hours: Depending on the workplace, we offer a variable working time arrangement that supports the work-life balance.
- Mobile working: If the area of responsibility and the workplace allow it, there is the possibility to use the offer of mobile working. We are looking forward to discuss further details of the arrangement in a personal meeting.

As an employer, we pay the costs of the insurance cover.

Since our foundation, our company headquarters have been located in Husum. In the House of Future Energies, not far from the central federal highways, we are also easily accessible from outside Husum. Various restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance and the Husum harbour is also only 10 minutes away by car.

We don't have a red-light district like Hamburg, where a new party takes place every evening, we don't have a suburban train every 2 minutes and we can't hide in the anonymity of a big city. But we don't get stuck in traffic jams every day and let the crowds in the suburban railway spoil our mood in the morning. We work where others go on vacation. And with the sea behind us, we are moving a lot internationally. We promote the energy revolution – and we do it together.
